Hi Bryan,
The following would be a good:
- make and model of your wireless adapter
- the output of 'lspci -vv' (or 'lsusb -vv' if it is a usb device)
- the output of 'iwconfig -a'
- any errors relating to the wireless interface
I am certain there is more but that will do for a start.
