Have never personally used one, but apparently the Jawbone Bluetooth
headsets are very good. Not sure if they use bone induction but they're
supposed to cancel out noise pretty effectively. Have heard a lot of good
things about them, but they seem pretty pricey. Their site is
Jawbone.com(surprisingly enough!) Not sure if this is the kind of
thing you're looking
for.
