Looks like a newer version of Democracy, for which there's only
an old build in Gentoo. It does seem very focused on MS Windows
as well (I did see it earlier, clicked Download and it gave me
an MS Windows exe, so ignored it, but now I see they have a few
Linux binaries hidden away - but no simple tgz).
I'll try the old version, but a command line utility would still
be nice, otherwise I'll probably write my own.
