No, there's a whole bunch of satellites in the same part of the sky.
Point your dish in that direction and you can pick up signals from
any/all of them.

Not if we're just talking "Freesat from Sky" and "Freesat".

You can use the same type of LNB for either "Freesat from Sky" and
"Freesat".

"Freesat" was announced before Sky launched "Freesat from Sky".
Unfortunately Sky were able to get their product to market before the
BBC/ITV consortium and as Hugo said, have done a lot to confuse
customers.
