[Hampshire] BIG vote of thanks to Lisi!

A big vote of thanks to Lisi for organising the John Denham event!

We had a good 45 minutes of active interest and questions from the
relevant cabinet minister. His questions seemed to be appropriate and
one got the impression that he had at least some background or
preparation, which was certainly encouraging.
And Jamie's got some attention too.
