I've built RPMs with it...

Well - yes.
But bear in mind that all it's doing is "watching" what you do with the
commands you give it; you end up with a very manual process for creating
each package. Any errors will not be immediately apparent...
I'd recommend you stick to the .spec file I left you with :-)
