Anthony's patches are an update of the virtio patches he posted to
the qemu-dev list in December. The ones I linked to in my article were
simply Anthony's patches from December, updated to apply cleanly to
qemu-0.9.1 (as should be clear from my article).

I said I wouldn't post my *article* to the qemu-dev mailing list,
as it wasn't really appropriate for that list. It was in this email:
