Sean,

Whilst I agree it's a shame we need to use a 'work around' to get the
content, I feel that this will be 'barn door' and 'horse bolted'
situation. If enough people make use of the content, I think it'll make
a difficult position in removing it for what I see is no good reason.
Especially as they were happy to provide DRM free music to iphone users
and not make them wait for a DRM player - which is what it seem they
wanted us to do. Obviously we'll have to wait and see with anticipation!
