[Hampshire] Web based Helpdesk software

Hi all,

I'm looking for something web based that will allow users to log support
requests while also providing a FAQ. I was looking at Joomla with a
helpdesk component, but the free ones don't appear to be available anymore.

Midgard with OpenPsa looked good but I suspect it will be far more
complicated than I really need and installation is pretty complex too.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
