Nope, works here on a cleanly installed 7.10 system and one that was
upgraded from 7.04 to 7.10. Maybe you could try moving
~/.gnome2/rhythmbox out of the way and try again?
Alternatively take a look at Banshee. It's much better than Rhythmbox in my opinion.
