At the AGM in October a motion was proposed and seconded from the floor
to drop rule 5 from the voter registration requirements. A vote was
taken and the motion passed. The constitution gives the responsibility
for amendments of the voter registration requirements to the committee,
so I took the mandate from the AGM and proposed the change to the
committee. A majority of the committee have voted in favour of the
change, so rule 5 has been dropped from the voter registration
requirements. Rule 6 has been renumbered rule 5 as a result.
