There are lots of different versions - some more bulky than others.
The first I got had a bit which plugged into the cigarette socket,
plus another 'transformer' pack, which was very bulky. I then got
a new one which is all-in-one, and it takes up far less space.
I also have a very compact one I got for my Zaurus, which only
has a single plug type (so only works on the Zaurus, or something
with an identical power socket). This one actually fits into
either a cigarette socket or a USB socket (two different plugs,
obviously).
The first two I got from Maplins.
