It's true. We do. :)

Probably worth watching the videos in chronological order, oldest first.
Adrian's round-up of virtualisation is still pretty accurate and up-to-date.
Oh, and there's a 64-bit version of Virtualbox now. :) Xen has come on a fair
bit since Mat's talk but the basic principles are still accurate.
