[Hampshire] [OT]PHPBB tutorial??

I friend of mine has taken on running a forum, she know very little about
computers let alone running a forum. Can anybody recommend any PHPBB
tutorials, or places with helpful information (yes I know there is google but
I am thinking of sites that other use\have used and would recommend).
