This was discussed previously on the list, as well as hoards of web site
discussion forums. It is generally considered a scam, although i've not
heard of anyone purchasing them and proving thus.
Personally, althought it's not a huge amount of money, I wouldn't gamble on
it.
If you've got ~£75 to throw away, let me know how it goes (or send me the
money in the post...) :P
