For cheap, managed and fairly decent support i'd recommend
http://www.webconexion.net/. I've had experience with them in the past, as
well as recommended a friend to them, who hosts/runs at least two sites with
them now. They have various packages available, from Apache Tomcat (J2EE
container) to PHP & MySQL. Linux solutions available, which is obviously
important :)
