[Hampshire] reportbug-ng

Hi, just found out about reportbug-ng for Debian and thought I'd give
it a plug.

If you use an email client such as kmail (as I do) this will save you
doing battle with configuring exim4 or working out the complex
command line magic for reportbug. It gives a nice GUI interface and
presents current bugs in a neat table with the ability to filter them
to see if your bug is already in there. Very nice.
