[Hampshire] [OT] tiddlywiki help

I have looked all over the tiddlywiki site, and followed links to
various tutorial pages, and googled, all to no avail ... the answer
must be obvious as the tutorials say "just do it" ...

How do I create a new tag in a tiddlywiki?
