Subject: [Hampshire] Introductions
Hi all,

I'm going to be moving to Hants in about a month's time and of course
one of my important to-do items is to find a LUG so I thought I'd drop a
quick mail to the list by way of introduction.

I'm going to be moving to Bursledon where I'm going to be Curate at the
two Anglican churches there and I'll be trying to get along to meetings
(most likely the Southampton ones) as often as possible.

I used to work for SUSE and I'm a member of the openSUSE GNOME team and
run Planet SUSE. Before we established the GNOME team, I ran the
usr-local-bin project for a number of years providing up-to-date build
of GNOME on [open]SUSE.

Before starting my ordination training, I worked as Sys Admin first, as
I said, at SUSE and then for an insurance company for a few years.
I'm married (with a baby son) and my wife also exclusively uses openSUSE
(now she's on maternity leave anyway and not forced to use Windows by
her employer).
