I've been lurking on the list for about a week now, so I thought it is
about time I introduced myself.
My name is Paul Maunders, and I co-founded an Internet Services company
called Fubra Limited with my colleague Brendan McLoughlin about 7 years
ago. We're based in Manor Coach House on Manor Park in Aldershot and
have about 20 staff, of which 10 or so are LAMP developers.
We love Linux and indeed Open Source software in general, and as such we
use it extensively across all the websites and Internet applications
that we build. In fact, you might appreciate the latest use we found for
a Mac Mini running Ubuntu:

Anyway one of the reasons I found the Hampshire LUG is that I was
looking for places where Linux developers might hang out and your site
came up top when I searched for "Hampshire Linux". We're currently
looking to recruit some more PHP/MySQL web developers, and so I wondered
if anyone on this list might be interested, or know someone who would be?
