Yes. The cease of the xDSL service on the copper. You're right,
migration != cessation.
But it all seems too coincidental that on 1st May, BT Wholesale
introduced the £33.75 (excl. VAT) cessation charge and this particular
ISP sends an email out stating £33 (absorbing the 75p I'd imagine).
Hence why I was suggesting that Stephen should recheck that email from
his ISP and confirm with them what this is for exactly.
We were notified that this cessation charge would be introduced by
Wholesale on the 6th April. So all the ISPs should have been aware of
this for some time now...
