I just downloaded and compiled ndiswrapper, then imported the .sys file
from the drivers CD that came with the card.

This worked for a USB device and a BCW43xx PCMCIA. The only problem I
had was that I had to change the security mode from restricted to open
on the PCMCIA card using
iwconfig wlan0 key open XXXXXXXX
