I have a problem with the display on a dell inspiron 1100 which
doesn't happen in the same way for earlier versions, and it also does
not turn the machine off when shutting down, so I am left slightly
guessing when to force the laptop off.

I have not the time or resources just now to persue these things so
for me, feisty is a looked forward to future activity.
