[Hampshire] Best way to install Feisty ?

Hi,

I want to install Ubuntu Feisty on a machine but was wondering the best
way to go about it?

Is there an alpha/beta CD available yet or is it best to install a
previously released version and upgrade?

I don't have an install CD for Edgy as I've only ever updated Dapper
machine not installed in from scratch.

Can I install Dapper and then upgrade easily to Feisty or do I have to go
via Edgy and do the upgrade process twice?
