No. You're within the maximum permissible frequency - you're only 1Hz
(which probably makes no difference) over the maximum frequency at the
maximum resolution.
Besides - modern monitors usually just shutdown when they're driven
outside their rated values - not like old stuff, where you could, on
occasion, force smoke out of the top :-)
