[Hampshire] DVB to DVD

Hi All,

For those in the know, what is the better way to transcode an mpeg DVB
program stream to DVD vobs? It seems odd to me that an mpeg based PS
shold take hours to transcode to vobs, when it is almost in the same
data form already.
