Upgrade: that's half the fun of running a Debian-based system!

Back up your data, fire off a dist-upgrade* and then in the unlikely
event it does reduce your pc to virtual rubble, you can always go for
the clean install option.
Obviously this is based on my experience and your mileage may, as they
say, vary, but I have upgraded several systems to Edgy and come through
clean.
