There seems to be some discussion around setting up troubleshooting grub
where Windows 'C' is not on the first hard drive. It looks like there
was a trouble-shooter with piccies here[1], but the piccies aren't being
served up. These aren't the clearest of guides, but they seem to point
in the right direction.
