[Hampshire] [Way OT] OS X keyboard shortcuts

Hi all

Does anybody know about Mac OS X (Tiger 10.4) keyboard shortcuts?

I have a lovely Cherry click keyboard (circa 1993, wrote my theses on it
etc) and until the day I spill something on it, I don't want to change it.
It's currently KVM'd into my Mac mini, two Linux machines and my XP box.
The thing is, there's a seemingly vital key in Mac called the command key
(clover leaf symbol on a Mac keyboard). Apparently you can get around this
by using the Windows key on a Windows keyboard but....

my cherry keyboard is so old, I don't even have a Windows key. Am I
stimied?
