[Hampshire] html email from mutt

[disclaimer - this is for work]

I would never normally send HTML email, but ATM I'm stuck with
Evolution (and before that Thunderbird) both of which I have developed
a very healthy dislike for.

Since we seem to have a fair few mutt gurus here, I wondered if anyone
knows a nice way to send HTML email from mutt. Really I want it sent
mime-multipart-alternative using two different signatures - one text,
one html.
