I have been looking for a cross platform password manager to share the
same database from all my linux (ubuntu) and Windows (XP) boxes.
Google shows KeePassX looks to be a possibility although has a number of
bugs; also Password Gorilla and Universal Password Manager. I'd rather
not go through the process of installing them to find out that they are
cr*p. Alternatively you may know of a better option.
Does anyone have any experience with password managers or would like to
offer any comments? Obviously security is important and it must be
cross platform, preferably from a shared database on my server (plus
carrying on my USB drive would be a bonus).
