I was not correct in my last statement. You can edit the timestamp
associated with an image (or group of images) in F-spot by highlighting
the image(s) and selecting Edit->Adjust time.
One for the search engine really. Thanks to danieroux in #f-spot on
irc.gnome.org for the pointer.
