Hello folks.
A client of mine is mysteriously unable to access a particular website, 
viz 
www.newforestliving.co.uk.  The browser hangs for quite a while and 
then says it can't display the page.
There's seems to be nothing unusual about the site; it's hosts deny any 
blocking on their part.  I can see the site from my own computers.
My client's ISP (tesco.net) also deny any involvement.
Her broadband access was initially via a speedtouch modem.  Changing to 
a router made no difference.  Knoppix via the same router can't see the 
page either, so it's not a Windows issue.
But using old-fashioned dial-up via Force9 (obviously getting a 
different local IP address) allowed the site to be accessed.  And she 
can see it via a proxy such as 
www.megaproxy.com.
So where can the block be happening?  What other tests can I do to find out?
Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
