Used to use their Insight Addressbook. Outlook 2k3 (and maybe Outlook
XP) was broken when it came to LDAP queries, and so we needed some
form of connector to hook between our OpenLDAP server and Outlook.
Never had any issues with the software, and it did what it said on the
tin.
